A few rules of thumb in bicycle touring:
Always have at least a cereal bar on you. Getting really hungry on the road is not nice.
Eat before you're actually hungry! Trust us, you'll thank us!

ποΈ Sleep in a tent
π² To cycle
Youβll be riding with your own bicycle. Do a technical check of your bicycle at least two weeks before your trip to make sure youβre good to go. If you have any doubts, itβs best to pay a visit to your local bicycle shop beforehand.
Wearing a bike helmet is not mandatory in Belgium but highly recommended for full days on your bike.
